To start out open up Photoshop or another image editing program that allows you to choose the size in pixels. How to make custom Wallpaper/Background Create a new file with the dimensions of 320 pixels wide and 480 pixels tall. Create a picture to fit inside the dimensions of the file and click save as. In your jailbreaking folder or on your desktop create a new folder with the name of the theme. (Ex. Skateboarding) Save the wallpaper into the folder under the file name "Wallpaper.png" MAKE SURE ITS PNG! How to make custom dock- Create a new file with the dimensions of 320 pixels wide and 91 pixels tall. Fill the space with the picture of your choice Save the file as a png file into the same theme folder you saved the background into using the file name "Dock.png" How to make custom Icons Create new file with the dimensions 60 pixels by 60 pixels. Fill the dimensions with image of your choice. Click save the file and inside your theme folder create a new folder with the name "Icons" (caps on i) and than save the icon as the name that the application appears as on the iPod.
