Essar Group promoters Anshuman and Ravi Ruia and officials of Loop Telecom are expected to finally appear before a special CBI court on Wednesday. Earlier, the court had issued summons to them for January 27th, but they skipped the appearance insisting that the summons were not properly served. While the promoters of both companies are being called to face charges in the 2G spectrum scam, the Ruias have stated that their company is not involved.
