It's a charging and storage solution for 2 Xbox 360 Wireless Controllers. It comes with not only the charging base station, but also two rechargeable batteries with cases built right into them. I picked up this thing in order to finally get rid of the hassle of swapping out chargeable batteries when I was low (I'm lazy).
