Addressing a press conference, Telecom Minister, Kapil Sibal on Thursday welcomed the Supreme Court's judgement on the 2G spectrum allocation case. Citing the apex court's verdict as a harbinger of clarity on the issue, Sibal lamented the fact that the telecom sector has suffered due to uncertainties. Sibal blamed former Telecom Minister A Raja and cleared the names of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and the then Finance Minister P Chidambaram on their alleged role in the 2G spectrum allocation.
