A respringing loop happens when you download software that is not compatible with your version of IOS. Steps 1. Connect your Ipod/iphone/Ipad to your computer and open it up using a file explorer. I use Ifun box which is free to download and is the best one in my opinion. 2. Delete all files that have the name of the file that you downloaded that caused your respring loop. In my experience it is 11 files. 3. Once your deleted your device will get out of the loop, If it starts in safe mode go into cydia and remove whatever you installed and after you respring you will be out of safemode.
