A video showing the free downloadable brand new Flight Simulator from Microsoft called: ''Microsoft Flight''. The Microsoft logo and the music belongs to their respective owners. I created this movie in one day. My goal was to have it on Youtube before the end of February the 29th. It was a race against the clock, but luckily I had vacation today. I had only one chance to render and upload, because of the lack of time Therefor the video has some flaws. For example: Interior slow motion shots of the Icon are shocky and there are some other render issues. But again, I wanted this movie to be released on YouTube the 29th of February. I was not involved in the Beta, so this morning I got my first Flight experience. I have to say it is far better than what I expected after reading several forums. The Virtual Aerbatic Group (VAG), founded in 2011, is a virtual squadron which is the home base for different aerobatic teams. Currently we fly with Lock on: Flaming Cliffs 2 and DCS: Black Shark. The VAG exists of the Virtual Turkish Stars, the Virtual Dutch and Belgian F-16 Solo Display Team, Virtual RNLAF AH-64D Apache Demo Team and Flanker C Demo. As all the teams have close connections to each other, the VAG has been formed to present all those teams within one group. The VAG was present at several live events like the MilSim weekend, Flight Sim weekend and of course at the Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams (VFAT). VFAT is a yearly online event in which the participants perform through a live stream. No, the A-10 model is the SIMMOD A-10A for Lock On. -Is there a sound mod in your video? No, every sound is 'real life'. The ingame sounds are muted. -Where can I download all these mods for Lock On? Sony Vegas 9 pro. -Why did you choose to use black borders for this movie, I prefer a full screen. Because my screen resolution is 1680x1050, for a full screen YouTube video I need to crop it to 16:9. But for this movie I cropped it a bit more so I had more panning space, which makes the video more dynamic. However there is a tradeoff: more cropping means less quality. Therefor I recommend watching this in an HD resolution with an expanded window. -How do you get all those camera angles? By being creative, there is nothing changed in .lua/.cfg files. The shaking is added in Sony Vegas. -Was this multiplayer via internet? The scenes with the Rafale is multiplayer, flown with my mate 'Goose'. The last part with the four A-10A's is also a multiplayer session with the Virtual Turkish Stars, the rest is singleplayer. -Is that pilot talking your own voice?
