poor mans way to remove a wheel bearing

so if you're doing wheel bearings on a RWD truck or car MOST LIKELY this is the setup on the front wheel bearings, non sealed bearings anyway, so here's just a neat little trick I learned from my auto shop teacher and it sure came in handy today to not ruin anything. enjoy!
